How to setup your eSIM on iOS
Step 1. Activating your Zapme eSIM
- First, ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or have a data connection before activating the eSIM.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and start the activation process.
Please Note: An email version to install the eSIM will be sent to you if you require it.

Begin Install of eSIM
Press 'Continue'
Let it Activate
Let it Connect to Network
Press 'Continue'
Default Line, Select 'Primary'
Default Line, Press Continue
Select 'Primary' & Press Continue
Select 'Mobile Data' & Press Continue
It's now Activating!
Now, allow your eSIM to activate. This process may take up to 10 minutes for the eSIM to connect to the network. While you are waiting, we recommend you go to Step 2.
Step 2. Custom Label & Data Roaming
While your eSIM is activating, why not add a ‘Custom Label’ to help you identify your Zapme eSIM from other cellular plans. You also need to check that ‘Data Roaming’ for the eSIM is turned on so you can use your Zapme eSIM outside your carrier’s network. Follow the simple steps below to rename your eSIM label and turn on data roaming.
Press on 'Mobile Data'
Press 'Mobile Plan Label'
Press 'Custom Label'
Type 'Zapme', press 'done' & back button.
Check that 'data roaming' is turned on.
Just a reminder!
Make sure the data plan inside the app is switched to ‘active’
Mission Accomplished!
Your eSIM should now be active and providing you data.
