How do Zapme Numbers work?
Connect your existing number
Connecting your existing mobile number to Zapme will allow you to send and receive SMS messages and phone calls from anywhere in the world, minus the daily international roaming costs.
Global Zapme Numbers.
Zapme numbers are global numbers and work anywhere. You can purchase multiple numbers for multiple countries anytime, knowing that you are accessible without your caller paying exorbitant international calling fees.

Choose between the ‘Just GO’, ‘Sweet SPOT’, or ‘The MOON’ Phone packages. ‘Top up’, upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. You also have the option to put the number ‘On Ice’ at a lower rate, if and when you need to.

How do I buy a new number?
1. Numbers icon
To purchase a new number, press the ‘Numbers’ icon and ‘Add a new phone number’
2. Select a Country
Choose what country you would like a number from. No need to be there in person just choose and add to your package.
3. Select a number
Choose between a large range of mobile or toll-free numbers. Not happy with the numbers? hit refresh and try again.
4. Choose a package
Choose from ‘Just GO’, ‘Sweet SPOT’ or ‘The MOON’ phone package for a month only or a subscription, and you’re done!
How do I buy a global data plan?
1. Type of Data
Choose between our Global packages or Single countries package that gives you access to data in 150+ Countries.
2. Data Amount
You will then have the option to select what data size you require, followed by the ability to select ‘1 month only’ or a ‘subscription’.
3. Process Payment
If you have a promo code, enter it here. Process your payment using your preferred method. Google Pay and Apple Pay are available.
4. Activate Data
Once payment is confirmed you have the option to activate it now, or at a later date. You have up to 1 month to start using your data.

To purchase data from Zapme, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Zapme account
- Click on the ‘Numbers & Data’ icon in the bottom left of the Zapme app
- Click ‘Data’, you should see ‘Grab a Data Plan’ at the top
- Choose ‘Global 100+’, ‘ or Country’
- Select desired plan and whether it’s subscription or 1 month only and hit ‘Confirm’
- Review your order and click on the ‘Confirm’ button again
- If you have a promo or rewards code, add it up and press ‘Process Payment’
- Enter your payment information and click on the ‘Pay’ button
- You then have 1 month to determine when to activate your data.
Bought Zapme data and not flying for 2 weeks? Simple. You can activate it 2 weeks before you leave or when you touch down – we recommend doing it before you take off to make sure it’s active when you land.
Yes, Zapme allows you to buy multiple numbers for multiple countries all on one account and only using 1 eSIM. You can also switch between those numbers anytime while keeping them all active and receiving communication as usual.
No, having Zapme data does NOT require you to activate international roaming when you travel abroad. You simply choose when you want your Zapme data plan to be activated and it’s ready to use as soon as you arrive in the country your plan covers. If you do have your current mobile carrier’s data roaming or international roaming activated you could incur daily roaming charges from them directly. If you’re not sure, check with your carrier about managing your global or international roaming settings before you leave.
After you have created your account with Zapme, you will be asked to either buy a new Zapme number or ‘connect your existing number’. Once you press ‘connect your existing number’, choose your country code and enter your number in the field where we will send that number an OTP for you to use. Our system will confirm and then that’s it! Your number is connected. It’s that easy.
