Ambassador Terms & Conditions // Zapme
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
- The Program is open to individuals 18 years of age or older with an active social media presence.
- Zapme reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke ambassador status at its sole discretion.
- Ambassadors may not register on behalf of another person.
2. ZAP Tokens & ZAPs Rewards
- ZAP tokens are utility tokens and do not represent equity, securities, or financial instruments.
- Token rewards are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
- Tokens are non-transferable outside the Zapme platform until broader ecosystem functionality is enabled.
- Fraudulent activity, fake accounts, or engagement manipulation will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earned tokens.
- Zapme is not responsible for fluctuations in token utility or value within or outside the platform.
How ZAP Tokens Are Earned?
- Monthly ambassador allocation: Active ambassadors who meet the minimum posting requirement (at least 2 posts per week featuring Zapme) receive between 2000 & 5,000 ZAP tokens per month, (depending on the size of the audience) credited to their registered Zapme wallet on the 1st of each month for the prior month’s verified activity.
- Referral rewards: Ambassadors earn 1,000 ZAP for each new user who signs up via their unique personal referral link and meets the verified referral conditions set out below. Referral rewards are direct and flat — there are no multi-level, passive, or downstream referral payments of any kind.
- Onboarding bonus: A one-time 50 ZAP reward is credited upon registration and completion of the ambassador profile.
- Founding Ambassador bonus: The first 1,000 ambassadors to register receive an additional one-time 200 ZAP Founding Ambassador bonus on top of all standard rewards.
ZAPs — In-Platform Engagement Points
- ZAPs are Zapme Social’s native engagement points, earned automatically for activity inside the platform. They are separate from ZAP tokens but directly convertible.
- ZAPS are tracked automatically in-app. No manual verification, hashtags, or submission is required.
Referral Reward Conditions
The 1,000 ZAPs referral reward is subject to the following verification requirements. Rewards that do not satisfy all conditions will not be credited.
- New user verification: The referred user must be a genuinely new, unique individual.
- Activity threshold: The referred user must complete their Zapme profile to activate their ZAPs earnings and earn a minimum of 2000 ZAPs. Sign-ups that do not meet this threshold will not trigger the referral reward.
- No self-referrals: Ambassadors may not refer themselves, create secondary accounts, or refer individuals sharing the same device or household IP address. Such referrals are automatically flagged and will not be credited.
- Fraud forfeiture: Accounts found to have engaged in referral fraud — including but not limited to creating fake accounts, self-referring, or coordinating mass registrations — will have all pending and previously credited referral rewards forfeited, and the ambassador account will be terminated immediately.
3. Content & Conduct
- Ambassadors must comply with all applicable platform terms of service (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and local advertising disclosure laws.
- All ambassador content must clearly disclose the promotional relationship (e.g. #ZapmeAmbassador, #ad).
- Zapme reserves the right to request removal of content that misrepresents the brand.
- Ambassadors may not engage in discriminatory, offensive, or harmful conduct.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ambassadors retain ownership of their content but grant Zapme a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share and promote ambassador content across Zapme’s owned channels.
- Zapme brand assets (logos, colour palettes, templates) provided may only be used in accordance with Zapme’s brand guidelines.
5. Termination
- Either party may terminate the ambassador relationship at any time with 7 days’ written notice.
- Upon termination, earned tokens to date remain in the ambassador’s wallet. Pending (unverified) tokens are forfeited.
- Zapme may terminate any ambassador immediately and without notice for breach of these terms.
- Zapme reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ambassador Program at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of program discontinuation, ambassadors will receive 30 days’ written notice and all verified earned tokens to that date will be honoured.
6. Liability
- Zapme makes no guarantee of earnings or income from the Ambassador Program.
- Zapme is not liable for any loss, expense, or damage arising from participation in the program.
- Ambassadors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own tax obligations on any rewards received.
